Who We Are

Taking the steps toward emotional wellness and/or resolving old traumas can be daunting. We know, as we’ve done it ourselves. But taking time out once or twice a week for an expressive writing journaling session is remarkably healing and also enhances work with a talk therapist.

The best thing is: Everyone can afford therapeutic writing. You need an introductory workshop or a few one-on-one sessions, a pen, and a journal. That’s it.

We are not therapists, but can refer you to online specialists should something arise in your journaling that requires deeper work. We are, however, trained professionals in writing and wellness who will determine the best match for you for embarking on this therapeutic work for body and soul.
